According to the JMU Alumni Association, watch parties for JMU fans are being held across the country — 18 states and Washington D.C. have watch parties scheduled, some organized by JMU Alumni Chapters and others initiated by fans. In Virginia, a total of 28 watch parties from Alexandria to Hampton Roads are scheduled.
